You can use these tools to train your mind and rewire your brain to experience less stress, improve focus and resilience. You will gain a better understanding of your own mind and how it works. The simple skills taught can help you enhance personal well-being, build healthy relationships and improve communication, performance and creativity.
The best part??? The app is freely available to individuals with no ads. It guides you through daily training within the areas of awareness, connection, insight and purpose. Each learning (approx. 5 min) is followed by a practice in which you to choose the voice guiding you, the length of time you want to practice (5-30 min), as well as the type of practice, sitting or active.
