  Established in 1994, Saint Louis MHB is an independent government taxing authority administering two special property taxes: the Community Mental Health Fund and the Community Children’s Services Fund. Tax dollars are granted to non-profit organizations that provide high quality services that benefit City residents.

David Laslo

Carondelet Neighborhood

Dr. Laslo joined the MHB Trustees in June of 2015 and serves on its Executive Committee as its Vice Chair. His entire career has been in public service having worked for the City’s Budget Office, the Community Development Agency and the Planning and Urban Design Agency. He is currently President of Strategic Research & Analytics. He has served on the City of St. Louis Community Finance Corporation and on the United Way of Greater St. Louis Allocations Panel. David represents the Carondelet Neighborhood.
